- Challenge
- A federal civilian program office was fielding AI pilot requests from multiple vendors with no shared standard for oversight, data handling, or decision accountability. Approvals stalled because no one could say what "responsible" actually required.
- Approach
- As an SDVOSB partner we authored a written governance baseline — decision rights, data-handling rules, and review gates — mapped it to the agency's existing authorization process, and gave the program office a repeatable intake path every vendor pilot had to clear.
